What was the highlight of Big Hotel

The friendly and accomodating staff. The chapel at the 6th floor and the anticipated mass on Saturday. I also appreciate the gospel theme decors and the messages all around even on the stairs.

Shower area is half-open i.e. only half panel is provided. I am not sure if this is on purpose or the other panel was damaged and was removed. The adjacent floor becomes so wet as a result.

It's location is excellent as very near to malls such as parkmall and sm city cebu.

There's no electric kettle inside the room if ever we want to have coffee.

Excellent location next to tge mall and times square for restaurant and bar. Also tgey upgraded my room to penthouse at no extra cost 5star +

Only issue is the wifi is very slow and no kettle in the room for tge coffee they provide

What was the highlight of Big Hotel

The breakfast was really good value for money. Nice selection of dishes. Room was big and huge space for your things. Perfect location because it is in front of Parkmall and you have restaurants and bars around, as well as 24hrs open convenience store. Overall, stay was great and worth the price you pay!

What was the highlight of Big Hotel

I have a bad experience with the Hotel, I ask for an extension of my stay for another night. On my first day, during evening I called front desk to check If I could extend my stay and use the same room or if not possible if there are other available rooms, I was able to talk to a front desk staff and he confirmed my extension and using the same room. The next day after I had my breakfast, I went to front desk to reactivate my key card for another day but the staff said there is no available room for me, how can this be when one of your staff confirmed already the availability of room. I was very disappointed of the service.

The breakfast is not good. It’s a buffet breakfast but the customers don’t have other choices of the food.if you said a breakfast buffet there must be lots of foods to choose because customers have different taste, like other people don’t eat pork meat

was only in Cebu for a stop-over before flying somewhere else. The hotel logistic were good, not far from the airport, but also not far from the city center for a quick exploration. Within walking distance to restaurants and bars. Comfy bed and clean bathroom (although essential). nice staff.

nice clean beds, availability of a good parking space, and a clean room, the food is great and the price is reasonable. Perfect location to unwind since it is very near the mall and very accessible to other hotels, hospitals but needs the waitress inside the restaurant to be familiar on their menus. overall rating for me is excellent.

waitresses must be familiar with the menus and put refrigerator inside the rooms so we can store some food and a microwave for us to heat some food and also there's coffee inside the room but there is no kettle available

Love the breakfast buffet, and their beds and blanket were comfy.

The comfort room didn’t look as nice as the hotel pricr. It did not have hot shower. There were no window view in the bedroom as well.

Don't ask for milk or you will be asked to pay extra 80 PHP for little cup of milk for coffee !!!!

Hotel room was comfortable only very small pillows.

I was shocked when I paid for 2 people and we stayed 3 nights, then in the morning breakfast, which was for additional charge, I requested very small amount of milk for 2 coffees and staff asked me every time that it's for additional 80PHP. This is unheard off and one time they even tell me why I don't like creamer. I am sorry, but as a European we do not use artificial creamers, we don't even use milk, but heavy cream and I ONLY asked for small glass of milk. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS IN ANY OTHER HOTEL IN PHILIPPINES while having breakfast !!! Shocking !!! I have been coming to this hotel for many years now, so not my first time, but this is amazing treatment !!!

Room very good size. Unlimited hot water not warm water. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Americans will like this place. Good WIFI.

Overall I was very pleased with the room and the value.

The room was quite comfortable. Based on locale, that one was large clean and staff was very accommodating. The hotel is on a busy street, but directly across from the shopping mall which was very convenient. Lots of food options and convenient if you are in need of anything.

Lovely staff, great location near Times Square and park mall. Big room and bed. Breakfast was really nice buffet.

Wi-Fi was poor…bizarrely it seemed to work better across the road in the mall than in the room
